Project Engineer

Job Description：

• Responsible for project implementation, project management, user training and documentation
• Assists in preparing and developing departmental procedures and guidelines;
• Provides technical support to all users by: resolving system problems, documenting problem solutions, answering questions pertaining to system capabilities.

Requirements：

• University Degree in Computer Science or relevant disciplines.
• Strong IT background of between 0-3 years experience in IT service industry
• Excellent skills in VB, XML and Java development.
• Knowledge with hands-on experience in Unix like system, Database.
• C++/Perl is a MUST
• Knowledgeable about SQL database server.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Solid experience in web application development.
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered

Web Editor -- Part time

Job Description：

• Be responsible for news categorization, sourcing, editing and updating of channels contents as daily routine duty.
• Work closely with Sina team on assigned projects / supplements.
• Half day office work is required 2-3 times a week.
• Flexible working hours but daily morning updating is required.

Requirements：

• University student in any discipline.
• Should have strong interest in Internet and experienced in internet surfing.
• Knowledge of Chinese word-processing, HTML, Dreamwaver, Photo editing tools, MS Office applications is a must.
• Detailed-minded, patient, strong initiative, can work indepenently and under tight deadlines.
