2. 提供大量維他命 B

DIY 製作水刻飲品

水刻好處多,可不是隨處也買到,想要加入健康行列就要自製了。其實自製水刻飲品並不困難,只要將250ml 水、1湯匙糖、以及1湯匙水刻菌混合,最好使用有機蔗糖、椰糖及過濾水,倒進玻璃瓶攪拌好。玻璃瓶要留有三分之一的空間,可以的話曬曬太陽,否則室內也可,好讓水刻發酵。48 小時後便可收成了,水刻更會漲大一倍!飲用時,隔去水刻便可。重覆加糖加水的過程,便可長期使用。糖是它們的唯一「食糧」,記得要「餵飼」它們,否則會壞掉呢!

問題來了,要有水刻才可以自製水刻飲品,那何來第一輪的水刻呢?Facebook有些群組都在熱烈分享及討論水刻,因為養它就像養小動物般,要餵飼、要曬太陽才能生長,當長得太多的時候,谷友或會免費分享給有需要的人,那就可以開始養水刻囝囝了。

製作水刻飲品須注意的地方

  • 要使用玻璃瓶
  • 收戶後喝不完要放回雪櫃
  • 不要使用金屬器皿,若玻璃瓶的蓋的金屬,需使用保鮮紙隔開
  • 不飲用也要餵糖,否則它們會壞掉

飲用後會攝取過量糖份?

水刻需要大量糖份培養,那會否攝取過量糖份?原來水刻發酵時會將糖份分解,變成維他命等營養,水刻飲品喝下去更是沒有甜味的,並不會致肥,所以又可以稱其為健康版的汽水,女生們即使飲再多也不用擔心糖份超標了!小編試過使用日本三溫糖來養它,超過48小時才收割,但水刻飲品依然帶有微甜,即是三溫糖並不適合它們,建議使用有機蔗糖及椰糖。

Another brand I found recently that is cost friendly is Cocoñad which is not as finely milled as bob's but it's half the price and does the same trick. Next we have @bionaorganic rapadura whole cane sugar , this I bust out for event baking like birthdays and other party baking cause it's the closest classic sugar substitute you can get. Lastly and I rarely use this anymore but decided to include it for those of you who can't consume sugar for health reasons , some sachets of stevia in raw. Warning though one sachet in my opinion is sweetens things too much try half and increase to taste . . Next we have the liquid sweeteners. . First up and my fave for baking breakfast muffins and loafs as it gives a subtle sweetness is classic pure @organiclarder maple syrup, I also love to drizzle this on pancakes, oatmeal and on coconut yogurt with berries yum 👅 ! It's so versatile and never fails you. Then finally for serious bakes where I need a sticky sweetener that packs an extra punch of sweetness I use Cocoñad's organic coconut syrup. . 飲用份量多少為最好?

水刻飲品雖然對人體好,但是也不宜過量飲用。初嘗水刻飲品的新手可以由每天四份之一或半杯開始,一開始或許會有身體不適應的情況,如漲胃、腹瀉等。不過待之後身體適應後便有助身體健康,繼而可以慢慢增至一天一杯。
